Holding Space for You
Are you or your child feeling anxious, depressed, or having trouble focusing? Do you feel that now is the time to talk about it, and get the help you deserve? I have worked extensively with both children and adults, and enjoy helping people from all walks of life find happiness, address problems, set goals, and work to better themselves. As a former teacher, I enjoy helping children and their families navigate the world of school, and ultimately feel successful socially and academically. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, as well as those who identify as Neurodivergent.
I have extensive experience working with children and adults of varying abilities, individuals who have experienced trauma, and parents who need support with their children. I utilize a variety of evidence based treatment methods to help meet client's needs including Circle of Security, CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, EMDR, Brainspotting, PCIT, CPP, and Sand Tray.
I have extensive experience working with individuals who identify as Neurodivergent, including those who identify as Autistic. I embrace the Neurodiversity movement, and aim to help children, parents, and adults celebrate their unique differences while managing any challenges along the way.
